Here&#39;s how i make oatmeal:<br />1/3c rolled/broken oats<br />1 1/2c water<br />1/4c unsweetened soy milk<br />1/2 Tbs chia seeds<br />1/2 Tbs ground flax seeds<br />add ins: ground cinnamon, molasses, raisins, nuts, sliced apples or bananas, etc<br /><br />dump everything into a pot over medium-high until it begins to bubble. Reduce heat slightly and continue to cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Adjust with water, to your preferred thickness. I never seem to get it quite right (apart from overnight oats), but yours always looks so good.<br /><br />Also, it&#39;d be great if you could do more main course recipes - I love all your baked good, they&#39;re some of the best recipes that I&#39;ve tried, but I&#39;d really like to try more korean food so some main course recipes would be great.
